If it is the right temperature, it will turn off. The comment we have is about the water level marking. Make the low water limit line red. Also do it with high water level limit.

   Others said it was difficult to get in and out of the infusion machine. Again, no, no, that's not it. Simply lift the cap, reach in to diffuse the lips, and pull out. You may be a bit angular but this is not the same as pulling a tooth. I like the different temperature settings because it really makes a perfect cup and the warmer keeps the cup temperature for half an hour. Well worth it!

This attachment can also be removed and cleaned more easily. My husband also enjoys using this electric teapot and holds a good amount of water so you don't need to refill it.

   I was able to fill it with water from the hotel bathroom sink and make cups of ramen for meals. And freshly brewed hot tea before going to bed at night. The only small issue I had with it was the tea filter. Unless you drop it in just right, it will slide in at an angle that you then have to adjust (which is hard when the water is just boiling inside it). Luckily I have small hands to get my hands inside it to clean.
