I haven't had a chance to compare to my physician's office monitor yet, but the pressures do seem to be in my range. The cuff is plenty big and would accommodate a much larger arm than mine, but is also easy to use on smaller arms. It has the capability for 2 memories, but I haven't had to use that yet. It also has a feature that tells if you are tense or relaxed while taking your pressure. I think the tube from the machine to the cuff could be a bit longer, but it is okay. Overall, this is a good monitor and I would recommend it.
