You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. We’ll also provide a shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Defective software including but not limited to: Playstation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo 3ds & Playstation Vita, can only be exchanged for an identical item only. Board games, card games & miniatures with missing components must have their parts replaced via the manufacturer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

In some cases, we couldn’t provide tracking number. We will update the tracking number (if available) within 72 hours. Most of items will be arrives within 5-10 days. Over this time, if you still not receive your item, please contact us and we will investigate deeper, or refund the full amount to your account.

1/ Return & Refund Policy for PDF Textbook:
– We strive to achieve zero order mistake through an accurate and foolproof system of verification and purchase as follows. We have sufficient check points to ensure that the product is verified from all possible detailed characteristics before buying. All our products are digital downloads and hence not returnable. Access Code is not advertised to be included; therefore a return reason of “No Access Code” is not applicable. Drop class or any order mistake from user is also not applicable. Descriptions are all clear so that any misunderstand with physical goods will not be entertained.
– We only accept Return & Refund for these cases below:
Customers make duplicated orders by accident. We will issue the refund for one of them. The eTextbooks are MISSING important contents. The eTextbooks are NOT as described. We also accept refund only if the item is NOT downloaded from your account. This refund will be VOIDED if the item is already clicked for download.
2/ Important Note about Refund Process:
– The refund amount will be credited back to your payment methods within 3 to 5 business days.
– If your transaction is suspicious and is declined due to our fraud prevention, any pending charge will be reversed back to your card in 3-5 business days.
Delivery for eTextbooks:
– All the eTextbooks are fully downloadable and lifetime warranty for offline access.
– After successful payment, you can download immediately on the checkout page.
– Our Automatic Delivery System also sends out an extra Download Link to your Email Address on the order.
– If your download is failed/damaged/maximum allowed, you can get an alternate download link sent to your email by just contacting us through Contact Us Form or Email. Email Delivery is always FREE and there is no extra charge or additional fee.
Sometimes our database server is down and our Automatic System could not send the download link to Customer’s Email Address immediately after payment. If you are in that situation, please don’t be panic. Just send an Email to our Support Team to request an alternative download link, we will response to your Email as soon as we could (within 4 hours).
