I ordered a couple of these on other shop a couple of years ago. They were cheap and the magnets would not stay in place so they did not hit the correct acupressure points to relieve neck pain. These are made much better and the magnets are stitched into place so they don't slide around. It's a bit stiffer than my old one was but I am guessing this is a good thing as it is more like a neck brace. It warms up nicely and provides just the right amount of heat. Well worth the money. I am happy with my purchase.
