After doing my usual crunches and planks this morning, it was obvious that my stomach muscles have been tried, in a good way! I'll happily add this to my fitness routine. There are four settings in vibration but which mode you gets is always a guess, depending on how many times you push the button.    In the mornings, when suffering from a sluggish start, I lie in bed and use the belt for one 15-minute interval, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and ready to start my day. If I get an opportunity to use the belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life itself can get in the way, and unfortunately, I do not always get that hour. A wireless/rechargeable version would be ideal so you're not held hostage by an outlet, but the belt works, so it is worth the inconvenience. My waist is no where near where I want it to be, but I working on it, and the belt is helping.

Diet and exercise, of course, would greatly improve efforts, but I have done neither--not really. However, as I have seen my waist shrink noticeably smaller and tighter, I have also become a bit more conscientious of what I consume. A shrinking waist is quite the motivator! The belt works and is helpful in many ways, including, yes, aiding digestion. After use, the belt makes me feel a bit more energetic and noticeably lighter.
