At first I did not think it was working because I didnâ€™t feel any different. No jitters or racing heart like some other diet items I have used. Then after a week I began to notice that I could not finish my plate. I actually cannot even finish a bowl of cereal when I normally eat a bowl then get more to finish the milk that is left.
