   The tart tapper has two sizes one on each end. Works perfectly for tapping down the crust for my 4 inch tarts or 10 inch tarts. It works for both no bake cookie crust or the dough crust either one. Doesn't tear the delicate crust. Definitely recommend.

   For a few dollars, why not try this. I wanted this to make small mini cupcake-pan cookies. altho' I could always use my thumb, this was simpler. I even made cookies that had to be formed into balls and flattened with the 'palm of your hand' per instructions. I used this instead. It was faster and neater and didn't make the cookies warm since the bodyheat from handling it would have done just that. If it cost an arm and a leg, i'd say pass it up, but for about $4, go for it.

   I absolutely love my little tart maker. I use it for many things in baking and it’s the perfect size to hold and shape with. It rolls around easily and forms a tight and secure muffin / tart crust (for example: granola cup crust) Easy to clean. Nice little addition to my baking tools.

   I bought this tamper for my meals in a jar. I have several recipes that require you to pack down the ingredients before adding another layer. I tried using wooden spoons as they suggested, with no luck. I saw someone use this in a tutorial and I ordered it online. Great tool, easy to use and gets the job done fast. I especially like that it is multi-functional. I use it to pack down ingredients in jars, press out dough for tarts and use it for cookies that require a well in the center for fillings.

   Highly recommend! I do not recommend the dishwasher. So easy to just rinse and dry after use. Why risk ruining it.

   I didn't know this was a thing... my daughter likes to bake and make her own crusts. I happened to see this when looking for Christmas gifts. She was very happy to receive such a simple inexpensive item! She said it's perfect and makes those crusts much easier.
