   I bought a satin pillow cover and sewed it in half to fit this pillow. It stunk the first 2 days, but is fine now. I even took it with me on a trip. Works great to stick your arm through, but I also invert it and sleep with it cradling my neck. Then as I tend to roll from side to side for old hips, it rocks and supports every position. This was a GREAT find!

Was a bit worried I would struggle to get comfortable on it as love a nice big bouncy pillow but couldn't have slept better. You could put the small pillow in between your knee to keep your spine in more nature position. Had the best night sleep with this.
