For this price, this tool is well made and not flimsy. Comes with extra LR44 batteries as mentioned and also a small Phillip's head screwdriver for the battery compartment screw and a metal 6" rule with metric on one side and inch on the other. Retractable button for the tape measure. Bought this to align guides when making new fishing rods. I used to tape a thread from the center of the reel seat to the center of the tip top and align the guides center to the thread. But using this is quicker.

Great multitool for the price! The level and laser guides work great! The measuring tape is accurate and the retraction is really powerful! For the price this a great product. Multitools usually have to compromise a few things to fit so much functionality into one package. In this case I think the measuring tape suffers more than the other functions. As you extend it further it does become more difficult to keep the tape straight if you're tape measure hanging midair. But you're still getting a solid multitool for a great price so I can't be to critical on it! I definitely recommend if you need something for a lot of small indoor projects.

I'd never used a laser level before but felt that such a tool was useful. The Level Laser Pro3 seemed efficient and reasonably priced. The product came the next day and was everything as advertised. I did a stupid thing: instead of moving the laser aperture up and down to get the various horizontal, vertical, and crossed lines, I tried to move the settings by revolving the aperture opening with a slotted screwdriver. Big mistake! Always helpful to read the directions first. I threw the calibration of the laser lines off and thought I had ruined my investment. I emailed the support email address and explained my situation. It was a Sunday, but I got a response from tech Judy within an hour, and she sent me a diagram as to how to recalibrate my laser which was pretty easy to do. I salute this company and its product!

I said OK I got it but it didn't look any different than the first one so I let them know. The co let me know that the whole base is not magnetic just a small spot at each end.. I tried it yesterday on a project and yes it did hold very well to steel. I have to give this tool 5 stars as it does what I need it too and them some. I applaud the co for being persistent for trying to satisfy me and for FREE .should this fail I would buy another from them.

This unit is nicely thought out and well built. The combination of triple level (horizontal, vertical and 45 degree), ruler, measuring tape, and laser - work well together. Frankly I was expecting a cheaply-made toy, but this arrived already loaded with the batteries - plus a spare set - plus even a small screwdriver to enable changing the batteries. Very complete. The tape measure automatically locks when extended, then retracts on the push of a button. This is the opposite of how most tape measures work, but, as mentioned in the included instructions, makes sense: I don't want to have to fight the tape to keep it open, then lock it to measure.

This laser level has a tape measure (about 8 ft) and is very useful. The laser has vertical, horizontal and cross hair. Also, it has the usual level bubbles -horizontal, vertical and 45 degrees. But I was pleasantly surprised to see they enclosed three extra LR44 batteries, a 6" metal ruler and a screw driver to open the battery compartment. None of this extras were mentioned in the description. Great job guys.
