I have this toner-training device for 2 weeks and really like it. I myself love going to gym regularly but quite often life gets busier and fail to do so. It is nice compact product and I can take it any place. In addition, I can do my chores while wearing it comfortable. It helps me build the muscle, especially the left side in past 2 weeks (I am definitely right handed, my right side is much stronger than the left fortunately or unfortunately). I wish the instruction manual is a little more user friendly (just because the fonts are too small). Overall I am pleased with the purchase and will continue to use it.

have not exercised a lot the last few years. I have tried for the last couple of months to start working out again. I work 12 hour shifts at my job. I never have motivation, energy or time to exercise on the days that I go to work. When I saw this ab stimulator I thought it would help out my workout routine. I now do regular exercises on my days off. The days that I go to work I use the ab stimulator. My hope is that combined I will see results faster.
