This holds everything I need neatly, without being huge and in the way. I got caught in the rain immediately my first day with it, and everything inside stayed dried and the bag itself was unharmed. I take it everywhere, it survives the abuse, and still looks great. Fits a ton of stuff if need be (including say a water bottle, paperback book, kindle, portable battery pack, headlamp, toiletry bag etc.) although mine is usually fairly empty and lightweight. This backpack fits everything I usually carry in my purse, plus a small lunch bag and an ultra-light rain jacket. Some of the reviews mention not getting the color they wanted - the bag is iridescent and changes color depending on the lighting. For the most part it looks grayish/black with purple and green undertones and glows when a flash photo is taken. I’ve had this backpack for a month. Time will tell if it’s durable in the long run, however, I would avoid loading it with heavy items.

Bought this bag about a year ago and have not stopped getting compliments on it since. I use mine as an every day purse so it gets beat up quite a bit but still hung in there. A few months into using it the shoulder straps broke near the bottom of the bag but it was new enough that I wanted to get it fixed. Had to take it to a shoe repair store since the reflective plates are too much for regular sewing machines to get through. I do carry quite a bit in it, and the inside lining is a bit thin since the inside pocket zipper ripped away. But since then I haven't had to fix anything else, though the drawstring clasp also broke just about a month ago. Overall I flippin love this bag, when I officially run this one in the ground I'm getting something similar.
