   This harness is a bit different than most. Not sure if you'd want it on a small dog, but it's great on my 90 pound husky/shepherd. Initial fit and adjustment can be interesting if your dog gets excited when he gets suited up for a walk... but once adjusted, it's simple to put on with the 4 point attachment system. Mt dog is like a 4wd tractor, and the metal front buckles are very stout and up to the task. I was also surprised about the front, nozpull attachment, suffice to say, it works! I haven't utilized the load carrying capability as of yet, but they seem industry standard and well made.

   I adopted a lab mix last summer. Now 10 mo. old, 70lbs, and often rowdy. I wanted a strong no-pull harness, as I am training him to be a hiking companion (and I only weigh 120 lbs). This harness is perfect! Fully adjustable and appears comfortable on my dog. It does not totally prevent pulling and jumping, but helps quite a bit! It has velcro tabs for attaching various pouches, etc. And... metal hoops on top, plus on front of neck, for attaching a leash. It also has a sturdy 'handle' on top of vest/harness. He responds to it by much less pulling and jumping. I often leave it on all day, as when visitors come, it takes him a few minutes to calm down. This is where the handle comes in very handy. I highly recommend this harness!!!

   Our dogs love these vests ... we got a large for our black and tan, and a medium for our pitbull. These are great quality,not going to tear or break down. Both dogs also genuinely love to wear their vests, the tails wag and they sit down immediately to get in them. They are well trained but never preciously trained in a vest ... however, they act like they were. They get somber and serious once the vests are on. People constantly comment on their dignified demeanor and ask if they are active duty. No they are not but the obvious pride and reverence (yes I swear reverence) that i see in my dogs when wearing these is my favorite thing about these vests. That and I have a place to put my cextensive collection of tactical morale patches!

   Got this harness/vest for our 1 year old Pointeraner, very muscular and just a strong dog that’s constantly picking up scents and wanting to track. His old harness was a pain to put on him, he didn’t seem to like it at all and I felt like it was hurting him on walks digging into his armpits. Got this as it had a clip placement in a different area, broader chest spread and it passes the armpits. Now we take him on a walk daily, it’s super easy to put on our dog, he gets excited when he sees it and it’s actually improved the walking because it more evenly spread out his pulling power and it overall seems to have made him more calm. PLUS, there are clip points scattered around so if you need to add weight to the vest to help tire your pooch out it should be super easy to do so. Great product!
