I ordered this in an X-Large for my mastiff mix and was concerned it might not fit, but it fit really well. It’s super adjustable and he is comfortable to lay down or walk in it. It has good metal clasps that are secure. It is not stretchy so he is not able to pull out of it and is overall pretty sturdy. I like the option for attaching the leash at the front of his chest or on his back. He is in training to be a good boy as he is a rescue that has reactivity issues with other dogs; but on the other hand is super excited for people. So I like that the vest has the Velcro for patches so it brings attention to the fact that I am working with him and to not just come up and pet without asking first.
