   We, a fair-skinned couple in our 60's, were planning our Beach vacation in a week and thought about getting a big beach umbrella when I found this Beach Tent. I was so excited I ordered it immediately and received it within 48 hours!!! Easy to set up and take down. (See video on ordering page on Amazon for the special twist.) No poles to mess with. Works like a fold up car sunscreen, just bigger. Lightweight. Nice looking, and my honey's favorite color...green. Can't wait to use it on the beaches of CA. Thank you for prompt delivery!

   I bought this for a beach trip my daughter and I went on. I have never had any luck with beach umbrellas—they’re hard to carry, hard to set up, and they don’t stay up in the wind. This tent has none of those issues. It’s a good size for two people (it would be crowded with more). I liked that they include four little bags you can fill with sand to keep it from blowing away. That plus my beach bag kept the tent right where we set it up. I would recommend watching the YouTube video on how to fold it and practicing a few times. The illustrations that came with it were not terribly helpful. Altogether, though, and am very happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

   I bought this because my wife and I needed a reliable source of shade whenever we went to the beach. It didn't make sense to bring along an entire canopy tent just for the two of us, but we also need something more study than an umbrella in the sand. And it's no fun running around the beach to look for an available palm tree that provides enough shade. Then my wife saw a post for one of these pop-up tents posted on her social media and we decided we would check it out. Suffice to say I am very impressed.

   Love this tent! Bought it for a Xmas gift exchange at work since we had a “green or red” gift theme and it fell within the dollar limit. Wanted to try it out beforehand that way I can show the gift recipient how to set it up and fold it down. It took a couple of tries and watching the video multiple times VERY CLOSELY before I got the hang of it. Once I got it, it was pretty easy. LOVE how quickly it sets up and folds down! I think the bad reviews for this item is mainly from those who haven’t really figured out how to fold it down and/or broke it from not folding it down correctly. You also have to make sure nothing or no one is close to you when you open it up, as it uses quite a bit of force when it pops up. I didn’t intend to keep it, but when my kids saw it, they loved it and got excited! Had to get two more for myself, one to use indoors and one I can use outdoors. It’s so spacious, which truly surprised me, given that it’s a pop-up tent. It can comfortably fit two average-sized adults lying down, or 3 to 4 kids sitting upright. Photo shows my 2 kids (7 and 10) lying down in it. I plan on using it at the park, beach, or simply in our backyard. You can even bring these in to some water parks, which would be great since I always find all the umbrella’d lounge chairs taken, leaving me and my family with no shade to find. I can see this being great for kids, babies, or dogs. Love that it has a zippered vent at the back to let it cool down and air out. Includes stakes and zippered storage case with carrying handles. Would highly recommend!

   This is the first beach tent I’ve own and this is marvelous so far. It literally just pops right up. Make sure you don’t have anyone, especially children around, as it does jerk open. That’s it pretty much it. They send other securing parts but I can’t imagine I’ll need them since I’ll probably have bags and coolers near or on it. The closing part is a little tricky. I watched the video several times when I was buying it. It wasn’t until you have it in front of you that you realize that it COULD be challenging. It really isn’t though. Pay attention to the video, not the instructions, Bc “this is what you do, you just fold it in”.

   I purchased this beach tent for use in my backyard, at the park or at the beach for my 9-month old, husband and me. While I don’t think it would fit three to four grown adults, it definitely is comfortable for the three of us! It’s super lightweight and easy to carry, which is great when you have other beach-going equipment or picnic stuff at the park. It also sets up instantly, which is convenient. I agree with other reviewers - be careful that no one is in your immediate vicinity when unpacking it as it does “pop” open! With that said, it is so lightweight that I don’t think it would injure anyone, just would be alarming. It offers sun protection without blocking out light. As for folding it back up, I agree with others that it is not easy the first few times, but watch the video carefully (a few times over) and, with practice, it becomes easy!

   This was perfect for our vacation! The only thing that didn’t work was the steaks didn’t stay in the sand. We used our beach bags and Walmart bags filled with sand to hold the tent down. Easy fix. The airflow in the tent was perfect and kept my baby cool. Easy to put away and very light to carry. Easy storage. Considering I live half a day away from the beach Im not sure how often I will use it... but well worth it for our week long vacation!!

   We wanted some shade for our little one when going to the beach. I've compared other tents where most requires 'assembly' but this one stands out with their pop-out approach. Such convenience! The assembly is like magic where you throw something out and pop comes out a tent. A little scary at first since the pressure looks like it could do damage, but after a few tries it's easy. Just don't try and slow down the assembly...you will either risk breaking something or get hurt. The disassemble is very simple too and the video is a MUST WATCH.

   I bought this for my trip to the beach and loved it!! It was super windy at the beach so I had to use some stakes I had for tents (but it does come with stakes, I just had some heavier duty ones so why not?) and put my cooler in there to keep it down but it would’ve done fine without the cooler. Folding it back up was kinda tricky on the beach because it was so windy so I just did what I could and put it in my car then folded it at the hotel no problem. It’s very sturdy material so when you’re folding don’t be afraid to really press down, that’s how I finally got it folded up at the hotel.

   I bought this for family beach trip. It comfortably fits 3 kids, my husband and I. we all love it and use it indoors and out. The set up takes about 1 seconds. To put it back in the bag takes about 10 seconds. It is very sturdy, when folding it up without fear of breakage. Great tent.
