I've been having sciatic issues and could not wait to get this in the mail. The first level I felt a stretch, but after 2 minutes I no longer felt a stretch so went to level 2 and wow. It's so amazing how much of a good strech you get with this. I had to very slow lay back on it. It took a few days before I could even begin to think about trying level 3. Level 3 took me some time to lay on it. A large stretch. This has helped my back so much and my sciatica. I had so many people try this out for themselves and everyone has loved this and was shocked at how much something so small and simple can help. An awesome invention!

I just received my back stretcher and I must say when I first ordered it I really thought I would be sending it back thinking it had to be a gimmick. But as soon as it was delivered I opened the Amazon box and it was packaged really well in a zip bag. Easy to read and follow directions. With the level of compression and over 15 years of pain, I went straight to level 3!! It was easy to get it set at level 1 but had to have my husband get it into the level 3 position. When I first laid back onto it, it felt a little strange but once I got up, I immediately felt relief from the compression I feel 24/7 in my lower back. Pretty amazing if you ask me. After this first use I am hooked, I even own a teeter hanger and this gives me the same if not better stretch to my lower back without all the blood running to my head hanging upside down!

Don't go straight to level 3 you'll hurt your self. Start at 1 and move up. If you have limited range of motion you don't want to just go ham it will be very uncomfortable. Ease into it you'll get relief on level one and as your back loosens up and ypu need more arch step it up but don't rush it. Fantastic product even for us hefty fellas. I'm 6 ft 7in and weigh 400 lbs. So it's sturdy enough for me.

I stretch twice a day for 5 minutes on the middle section and it provides a good stretch - you know it because you feel a little weak upon rolling off as if you've just done some strenuous weight training. I'm using it on the lowest setting to provide support in my chair which is part of the driver for my back pain. It makes sitting for extended periods much less painful, a benefit I wasn't expecting. Only a week in, but definitely can tell some improvement. Recommend as an economical way to get a good stretch!
