I usually can fall asleep faster on my side, so I thought it might help to have a pillow designed just for side sleepers like myself (I’m always tossing and turning during the night trying to find THAT comfortable position). I’ve had this pillow for a while now and so far, I am very pleased. The filling seems pretty good and surprisingly I like the ear pocket – why don’t all pillows have these? With this pillow I find myself sleeping soundly through the night with no issues. Great support for the head, neck and back. The only negative that I can find is the ear hole. It doesn’t line up with my ear and I find myself have to shift around it to find the comfortable spot. Once I do though it is unnoticeable. I just ordered my 3rd one (lost one at a hotel in a fire alarm situation, the other one is still good but the cover is gone and I’ve worn the pillow out over the last year). My only complaint is that they don’t sell extra covers for these (if they do, I have not come across them). I am a side sleeper, and this pillow is the only pillow I’ve got found that supports my head and neck, and allows me to wear headphones comfortably because of the ear recess! I also use an incline wedge for acid reflux, and was a little worried that it would be uncomfortable pairing the two together, but it was so comfortable that I instantly fell in love with it!

This one give you enough life to relieve pressure off the shoulder, and gives you the option to put it behind you and lean back on it to take pressure off the shoulder. I recently bought a 3" latex mattress topper and cut it up to make a 6" wide channel for my shoulder and arm when lying on my side. This pillow is the final piece. giving much better neck and cheek support. The legs are just long enough to let me roll back a little, with support, opening my shoulders up even more. The filling is not too high, not too low and seems resilient. It works for back and belly sleeping as well. I'm so happy. I had tried one of those C shaped body pillows and it was great for my shoulder and neck, but I got tangled up in it as I tried to change position in my sleep. This is much better and a lot less expensive. Just what I need.
