It can be used for mincing, slicing, and mincing vegetables, slicing, dicing and mincing meat, especially good for chopping ribs.

Super Sharp Blade: The hardness of 58 HRC curved – The blade means that the slicing blade is hard and boasts exceptional edge retention, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, you can easily use various Sharp ening tools to sharpen it after a long time using.

Full Line Knife Handle: Made of wood material, so the color or grain of the handle of each knife will not be exactly the same. Ergonomic & comfortable grip design, it features engraved finger points that provide anti-slip properties and a better grip, making it extra easy to hold, so you won’t get tired for use for a long time.

Handcrafted Forging: Cleaver meat is sharpened by hand by workers with more than 30 years of experience using natural grinders mined from Mount Emishan. Compared with kitchen knives made with mechanical ways, the service time of the knives is long.
